The one-time build fee covers design, development, AI integration, and deployment of your website. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, SSL, and ongoing AI chatbot maintenance.
How long does a project take?
Basic builds typically take 3–5 business days. Mid tier runs 5–7 days. Full tier is 7–10 days depending on scope and integrations.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just access to your website (login credentials or hosting access). We handle the design, development, and deployment. The free AI consultation gives us everything else we need.
Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Start with Basic, see the results, and upgrade to Mid or Full when you're ready. We'll build on your existing site — no starting over.
Is there a payment plan for the build fee?
Yes — we offer a 50/50 option where you pay half upfront and spread the rest over 12 monthly payments alongside your service tier.
Can I cancel?
Monthly service is month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your site reverts to static HTML (no AI features) at the end of the billing period.
